Are you looking to learn the art of ballet. Build confidence, strength, and improve posture? This class is geared towards those seeking to learn the fundamentals of ballet in a safe and supportive environment.
Our adult ballet class begins with pilates and some light body weight exercises, we progress with some simple exercises to raise our heart rate and finally end with relaxing stretching!
CCYB loves and welcomes everyone of all abilities who want to learn the art of ballet.
